Office Chair Seat Repeated Impact Tester ( CY-6505)

This machine, designed and manufactured in accordance to BIFMA standards, is specifically designed for general tests of office chairs to evaluate the ability of the chair to withstand stresses that occur as the result of heavy abusive impacts on the chair seat.

Specifications:

• A test bag of sand or shot approximately 16 in (406mm) in diameter, Weighting 225lb(102kg) and 300lb(136kg), shall be set up to free-fall 6 in (152mm) to the center of the non-deflected seat.
• A proof load shall be applied by releasing the 300lb(136-kg) test weight.
• The counter can be set to for any number between 0~999,999.
• Three in one functions:
  • Can be set for different pressure settings.
  • Filter filters out airborne water to increase machine life.
  • Lubricating equipment automatically replenishes oil, lubricates machine.

Features:

• The top lever employs a pulley assembly for side to side, back and forth motion and can be used on any type of office chair.
• Top to bottom distancing can be used for rough adjustment of top to bottom distances and side to side , back and forth for testing all types of office desks.
